Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Here is how we handle data and protect your anonymity.

1. No Collection of Personal Documents or IDs

NSW JP Finder is an informational directory. We never ask for, view, transmit, or store copies of your statutory declarations, identification documents, affidavits, or any personal legal paperwork.

2. Geolocation & Privacy

When you click "Use Current Location" to calculate distance to your nearest JP desk, your browser requests permission to access your device coordinates. This calculation occurs entirely client-side on your device. We do not log, store, or sell your precise GPS coordinates.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to understand which regions search for JP services most frequently, allowing us to expand community desk listings in high-demand suburbs. No personally identifiable information (PII) is sold or shared with commercial brokers.

4. Third-Party Links

Our site links directly to official government resources such as NSW Communities & Justice, NSW Police, and Google Maps. Please review the external privacy policies of those third-party websites when navigating off our platform.
